About me
My artistic vision is driven by the desire to create beauty in a broken world. Photography enables us to freeze a moment and give it a kind of immortality, and the aspiration of the photographer-as-artist is not only to celebrate the obvious beauty of the world, but also to discover the unusual in the ordinary, and even to create a new way of seeing.
In my photography I look for an angle that will bring a poetic quality to the composition; a frame that is able to capture something of the beauty, sublimity, absurdity and humour of existence.
